TaskTerms of Service

These terms apply to Taskano — the website, the Telegram bot, the Mini App and the Claude connector. By using any of them you agree to what is written here.
What the service does
Taskano stores work: an agent or a person creates a task, a person receives it in Telegram, does it and reports the result. The service delivers tasks, tracks their state, translates text between the languages of the people involved and keeps a history of what happened.
Accounts
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email, with Google, or through Telegram. You are responsible for access to your email, your Google account and your Telegram account: anyone holding them can act as you. A company owner invites people and may remove them; a removed person loses access to the company's work at once.
Your content
Tasks, notes, files and everything else you put into the service remain yours. We store and process them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train models.
What is not allowed
- Using the service to break the law, or to assign work that is illegal where it will be done.
- Uploading malware, or content you have no right to share.
- Attempting to reach another company's data, to bypass access rules, or to overload the service.
- Reselling the service or presenting it as your own product without a written agreement.
- Automated traffic beyond ordinary use of the tools we publish.
The Claude connector
The connector lets an AI agent act in your account: create tasks, assign them to people, ask questions and accept results. Those actions are real — people receive messages and do work because of them. You are responsible for what the agents connected to your account do, exactly as you would be for an employee acting on your instructions. Access is granted by OAuth and can be revoked at any time in Claude's connector settings.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may take it down for maintenance. This is a young product in active development: features change, and some change quickly. Changes that break how you work are announced to account owners by email.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect losses: missed profit, missed deadlines, or decisions made on the basis of data shown by the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Price
Taskano is free during early access. Paid plans will be introduced later. Existing accounts are told in advance, the current terms continue until the announced date, and nothing is ever charged automatically: Taskano does not collect payment details, so continuing after that date means choosing a paid plan yourself.
Ending it
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — see Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that endangers the service or other people using it; where possible we warn first.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Material changes are announced to account owners by email before they take effect.
